Our Food Safety & Quality Management System (QMS)

Our operations are governed by the following core pillars:

  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points): Our facility operates under a strict HACCP plan to identify and control physical, chemical, and biological risks – from soil residue management to foreign body detection.
  • Traceability Protocols: We maintain 100% “one-step-back, one-step-forward” traceability. We can trace any individual product back to the specific farm, field, and harvest date.
  • Raw Material Assessments: Every load undergoes a rigorous intake quality assessment (QA) to measure dry matter content, defects, and size distribution against specific customer specifications.
